INVERTED AEROPRESS

Coffee Brewing Instructions

Step 1

Heat water to 90 degrees Celsius.

Step 2

Place the AeroPress on a mug upside down.

Step 3

Place a paper filter in the AeroPress cap and wet it with hot water. This will help to prevent the filter from sticking to the sides of the AeroPress.

Step 4

Add 15 grams of coffee to the AeroPress chamber.

Step 5

Pour 100 ml of hot water over the coffee grounds and stir gently for a few times to wet all the grounds. Start the timer.

Step 6

Let the coffee steep for 30 seconds.

Step 7

Pour the remaining hot water and place the plunger on top of the chamber. Let the coffee steep for another 90 seconds.

Step 8

Carefully flip the AeroPress right side up and slowly press down on the plunger for 30-40 seconds until all of the coffee has been extracted.Enjoy your coffee!
